There are so many foodie-centric website, twitters, blogs and articles in the wide world of Louisville media it can be hard to keep up with all the news. Luckily, we do it for you. Here are a few tidbits.
Closings:
Relish has closed [4], basically because a restaurant "couldn't generate the revenue" to stay afloat.
De La Torres has closed [5], and will soon reopen as Louvino.
Wick's Pizza in Jtown [6] has closed because "the hotel wants to put in a sports bar."
Copper Cupcake closed [7], and will be sorely missed. [8]
Sweets:
The Comfy Cow [9] is offering the chance to "win, place or show and collect some tasty winnings." By making one of these delicious wagers:

Easter Bites:
Here's a handy-dandy list of Easter egg hunts and events in the Louisville area. [11]
Here's a handy-dandy list of Easter brunches being held in the Louisville area. [12]
Art Eatables [13] is offering this "steampunk inspired" bourbon creme egg, which is definitely newsworthy since we didn't think the Cadbury Creme egg could be improved upon.
Etcetera:
KFC is offering a chicken corsage for prom season [14]. No commentary needed.
Wild Rita's is now serving lunch [15]. In case you needed a margarita to get you through your work day. (Don't we all?)
Joy Luck [16], on Bardstown Road, is now serving craft cocktails.
Grind's [17] new brick-and-mortar store will be called (drum roll please) Grind Burger Kitchen. We can't wait.
Great Flood Brewing Company opened [18], had to be closed the next day to recover, and is now open again.
Lucky's Market is coming to Louisville [19](opening mid-May), and they're hiring.
