Jennifer Smith and Laura Lee Boone opened Circe Boutique in the spring of 2003 with a goal to bring more of their favorite clothing, shoes, and accessories to Louisville. In the fall of 2008 Circe launched its Beauty Bar showcasing the talents of make-up artist Sloan Winters.
