Buck Creek Valley Rescue invites you to their "Fireworks and Fun" fundraiser on Saturday, July 6, starting at 4 pm. There is an admittance fee of $10 for single, $15 for couple, and $20 for a family.
Activities include a cookout which includes hot dogs, hamburgers, baked beans, potato salad, chips, drinks, and dessert. There will be contests and prizes, horseshoes, volleyball, and kickball. All of the previous activities are included in your admittance fees (excludes pony rides and bounce house) . Pony rides are $5 and pictures are $10. What you need to bring is a desire to help and have fun, a blanket for the ground, lounge chairs, and sunscreen. This is a family friendly event so no alcohol allowed. R.S.V.P. by calling 812-968-3000 (last minute is okay too). Fireworks will be held when the sun goes down.
Buck Creek Valley Rescue has recently taken in two new very emaciated horses that will require a lot of care so this is a very important fundraising event to help raise needed funds to help the rescue take care of them and the other rescued animals residing there.
