Looking for an excuse to eat delicious food at one of Louisville's best restaurants soon? Well, you're in luck, my dear - Lilly's will be hosting a special wine dinner on Wednesday, April

17th

The 5-course dinner will be paired with wines from Schug Carneras Estate Winery, and their winemaker, Michael Cox, will be on hand throughout the evening.

Amuse Bouche

Surf n’ Turf Beggar’s Purse with Mango Purée

Schug Sauvignon Blanc, Sonoma Coast 2011

1st Course

Jumbo Lump Crab with Black Truffle

Schug Chardonnay, Sonoma Coast 2010

2nd Course

Sautéed Striped Bass with fiddlehead ferns, ramps, and sparkling Pinot Noir sabayon sauce

3rd Course

Grilled Lamb Loin with parsley mint grit cake, wild mushroom jus and Bordeaux leaf spinach
