Bruno Mars is coming to Louisville this summer.
The concert, part of the Moonshine Jungle Tour, is scheduled for August 18, and will be held at the KFC Yum! Center [4]. Ticket prices and a sale date have not yet been released.
Bruno Mars [5], born in Hawaii in 1985 as Peter Gene Hernandez, is best known for songs such as Locked out of Heaven, Nothin' on You, and The Lazy Song.
Mars was nominated and won a Grammy Award in 2011 for Best Male Pop Vocal for Just the Way you Are.
Mars will tour with special guests Fitz and The Tantrums [6] for the Louisville performance. Fitz and the Tantrums formed in 2008 and reached #1 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart with their Pickin’ Up the Pieces album. They will release their second album this spring.
