Soujourn presents its annual Fall Festival and Affordable Art Show this Saturday at its new location. They will fill the St. Vincent’s parking lot with vendor booths, games for kids, live music, and free—yes, free—food.
The Affordable Art show will be a big part of the event. Artists will sell hand-made crafts and artwork with nothing sold above $300. All artists entered their crafts and the best were chosen by a jury led by Michael Winters, the Visual Arts Director for Sojourn. According to their blog, “This year’s Affordable Art Show will feature art and crafts by Heather Ball, Margaret Beagle, Lindsay Carney, Donna Caudill, Consider Boutique, Maria Daniel, Happy Caturday, Kristen Koenig, Jennifer Leach, Nasha’s Creations, Redpoppy Jewelry, Renee Reithel, Russell Custom Woodworking, Annette Standrod, Kathy Todd, Alan Vales, Chris Vincent, and Lindsy Wallace.”
The event takes place at their new location at St. Vincent’s, 1207 S. Shelby Street. The event runs from 12 – 4. For more information, visit their website at www.sojournvisualarts.com [4].
