Bunbury Theatre brings back a one-woman story on love, relationships, and sock monkeys in the show The Good, The Bad, and The Monkey, which takes place this weekend.
Performances of The Good, The Bad, and The Monkey will take place on April 29 and 30 at 8 p.m. each night. Both shows will go on at Bunbury Theatre, located on the third floor of the Henry Clay Building at 604 S. Third Street [4] near downtown Louisville.
Tickets for both shows are $12 per person and can be purchased at the door or online at the Bunbury Theatre [5] website.
In The Good, The Bad, and The Monkey, veteran performer Amanda Rountree talks about her experiences with relationships, the cycles in which they exist, and the myths in trying to discover "the one". Jen Ellison directed the production, which also features Rountree working with sock monkeys to tell her story.
Following Monkey, Bunbury Theatre will close its season with performances of The Foreigner. The production will run in June.
