"Beer with your Beethoven?" On Sunday, July 8, escape the heat and come down to The Bard's Town [4] to hear some great chamber music at this month's installment of Classical Revolution [5].  This month features music by the Concentus Quartet [6] and Baroque violinist Nicolas Fortin. The program as of now includes:

Concentus Quartet (Travis Carlisle, Matthew Lane, Elise Kotheimer Gambrell, and Michael Hill):

Beethoven trio Op. 87 for 2 violins & viola

Beethoven Serenade for string trio

Dvorak 'American' string quartet

Nicolas Fortin:

a Telemann Fantasia for baroque violin

Changes or additions to the program are always possible. Classical Revolution is a second-Sunday-of-the-month open mic night for some of Louisville's most talented classical musicians. Music usually starts around 7:00pm.
