The Academy Awards won’t be handed out until February 26th. But the nominees of ten major categories will be announced this Tuesday morning, beginning at 8:30am—by Louisville’s native sweetheart, Jennifer Lawrence. [4]
Lawrence, star of this year’s The Hunger Games [5], and Oscar nominee herself for 2010’s Winter’s Bone [6], is slated to make the announcement with Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) president, Tom Sherak, from the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills.
