Like many local merchants, the Knob Creek Gun Range [4] in West Point is running a sale this holiday season. But betting that only infuriated Christians buy guns (likely to stock up for The War on Christmas), per its radio ads [5], the discounts only apply to shoppers who mention the ad and
- say "Merry Christmas"
- sing Silent Night
- name all of Santa's reindeer, backwards
- say "Happy birthday, Jesus"
What I'll say: nasty stereotypes about Kentucky don't invent themselves; the good Christian folk at Knob Creek Gun Range help perpetuate them. Toda!
