Love, at least from one person in the couple.  The other will just run away. Find out what happens next in the Savage Rose Classical Theatre Company's production of All's Well That Ends well, which opens tomorrow.

Performaces of All's Well That Ends Well will take place on Mar. 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 17, 18, and 19 at 7:30 p.m. each night.  A matinee show will go on March 19 at 2 p.m.  All performances will occur in the Nancy Niles Sexton Stage at Walden Theatre, located at 1123 Payne Street [4] in Louisville.

A special free lecture, meanwhile, from Alexandra Juckno will take place on March 16 at 7 p.m.

Tickets for the shows on March 9 and 14 are $10 per person.  All other shows are $15 per person.  Group rates are also available.  Tickets can be purchased at the show with cash or check.  No credit cards will be accepted.  More information on the show can be found at the Savage Rose [5] website.

All's Well That Ends Well [6] looks at themes of faith, relying on one's self, and repentance.  Helena, an orphan of low birth, is allowed to marry Bertram, a nobleman, after curing the king's ills.  Bertram is not happy and, heads to the Duke of Florence's Army, and will only stay with Helena on two conditions.  Through some trickery, Helena will head to where Bertram is and attempt to meet those conditions.

William Shakespeare's creation was inspired by Boccacio's work Decameron, specifically the Ninth Tale from the Third Day.  The play was first printed in the 17th century and, over the last half-century, has regained popularity after falling out of favor with audiences of previous centuries.

The cast for All's Well That Ends Well includes J. Barrett Cooper, Andrew Epstein, Julane Havens, Becky LeCron, Kelly Moore, Corey Music, Tony Pike, Monte Priddy, Tessa Richardson, Neill Robertson, Laurene Scalf, Katie Scott, Mike Slaton, Brian West, and Patrick Zakern.

Following All's Well, Savage Rose Classical Theatre Company will present the play reading series Words, Words, Words.  The series will take place in April.
