Here's a compilation of resources for Louisville area residents after a storm dumped as much as six inches of rain on the city in 75 minutes earlier today, leaving many parts of the city flooded.

Safety
Flood warning and safety tips [4] from Metropolitan Sewer (MSD) (don't walk through flowing water and stay away from power lines and electrical wires)

Accommodations

  • Anyone needing temporary shelter can call the American Red Cross at 502-589-4450 (via LouisvilleKy.gov [5])
