Looking for a cheap excuse to try an expensive restaurant? Asiatique’s one of those restaurants I’ve wanted to try for awhile, but when the cheapest entrée is $20 it’s hard to get some people to casually stop by for a quick nosh.
Well, in this economy, Asiatique is offering a glorified happy hour. Their Fridays After Five summer series includes live entertainment, door prizes, $1 off assorted drinks, and “small plates.”
A lot of dieters say they’ll pay 2/3 the price for 1/2 the food if they can enjoy their favorites without feeling like they’ll need new pants if they finish their plate. Asiatique is ready to see if you’ll spend like you speak.
The discounts and entertainment only last from 5 – 7. If you either work on Bardstown Road and want to avoid traffic or if you’re one of the rare early birds who lives in the area, stop by to sample some haute cuisine on the cheap.
