If you like American history, REAL camping, antique firearms, native American culture, genealogy, old time crafts, or hearth cooking-here’s your chance to combine all of your interests!

Historic Locust Grove will host the second annual “Introduction to18th Century Historical Re-enacting” seminar on February 16, 2:00 p.m.  Re-enactors with Logan’s Company Kentucky County Militia will explain everything you need to do to cross that rope line and get into the past. This is a great family activity with many different facets that allow you to pursue your own interests and talents.

This is a “free” seminar.  Reservations are appreciated but not required.  Call Historic Locust Grove at 502-897-9845.

Historic Locust Grove is located at 561 Blankenbaker Lane (between Brownsboro Road and River Road) in Louisville, KY.  For more information about upcoming events, visit our website at www.locustgrove.org.
