Looking for a Place to lay your Head?

Downtown has something for you.  Weather you are interested in renting or buying, something historical or contemporary, downtown has a place for you.

Downtown is one of the hottest areas of town for development. Downtown construction over the next several years will top $1.5 billion with a new arena, Museum Plaza, the Iron Quarter project and others.  Downtown Louisville currently has 2,000 housing units open or soon to be completed, with another 2,000 in the pipeline.

On September 8th, the Louisville Downtown Management District presents the Downtown Living Tour.  This tour is a one-day event where people who are interested in the downtown housing market can visit and find out information on most of the existing and new developments.

Information on the buildings and units participating on the Downtown Living Tour will be on-line shortly at www.Downtownhousingtour.com [4]
