Louisville, Ky. - The University of Louisville football team jumped up two spots in both the USA Today/ESPN Coaches and Associated Press Polls on Sunday afternoon.
The Cardinals are 14th in the USA Today Poll and 12th in the AP, the highest-ever ranking for the Cardinal football program. The Cardinals (6-1) are ranked in the top 25 for a school record ninth-straight week. The previous best ranking for the Cardinals was 13th in 1993.
Louisville (6-1) will look to go 7-1 when the Cardinals host TCU on Wednesday night at 7:30 p.m. on ESPN2.
