Join us in The Wine Studio this month for a journey from snout to tail as Chef Edward Lee and the team at 610 cook up a Heritage breed pig from Fiedler Family Farms in Indiana. The evening will begin with a flight of all pork friendly wines, white, red and sparkling, accompanied by canapes. Then pick your favorite bottle and sit down family style to enjoy three courses of local piggy with 610 style trimmings. All featured wines will be available to drink in house by the bottle, or take home at retail prices.
